Homemade Banana Cream Pie!
* Feel free to use your favorite pie crust recipe or take a look at my crust recipe right here.
4 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp tapioca starch
1-2 freshly sliced bananas
Place all of the filling ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk everything until well combined.
Pour the filling into your prepared unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow the pie to cool completely and chill well before arranging the banana slices over the top.
Top everything with fresh whipped cream and enjoy! :)
